These Terms govern your use of Vantic Tools ("the Service") — a suite of small business tools including the Zone Map, Privacy Policy Generator, and QR Code Generator, operated by [Vantic / your registered legal entity] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You register with a username and password only — no email is required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Because we do not collect email by default, we may be unable to recover a lost password; keep your login safe.
You agree not to use the Service to store or share unlawful content, to abuse, overload, or attempt to breach the Service, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these Terms.
Plan limits and pricing may change with reasonable notice. See our Refund Policy for billing terms.
You retain ownership of the content you create — maps, privacy policies, and QR codes. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content so the Service can function (including rendering shared links, hosted policy pages, QR redirects, and embeds). Map tiles and geocoding are provided by third parties (OpenStreetMap, CARTO, Esri, Nominatim) under their respective licences.
Maps you publish via a link or embed are publicly accessible to anyone with the URL. Do not publish sensitive information. Guest/data links expire after 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
